EB-41 is a high-temperature; fast-curing, air-drying, polyurethane varnish that serves as an excellent insulator for coating electrical and electronic components. SYNTHITE EB-41 is also available in spray form, such as DOLPH-SPRAY EB-41.

Application Guidelines

Stir EB-41 to mix thoroughly, as sedimentation may occur. Apply by brushing, dipping, or spraying. EB-41 can be used in many applications and may be thinned as required by T-200. For spraying, typically thin by 20-23%.

In each application, the film thickness per side should not exceed 2.0 mils. This ensures proper solvent release and curing. EB-41 air-dries, allowing handling within 30 minutes. For chemical resistance, allow to air-dry for at least 24 hours.

Special Precautions

When spraying EB-41, ensure the spraying area is kept clean. Filters and other waste in the area should be soaked in water and disposed of in secure containers.

Storage and Shelf Life

Store in a cool, dry place (65-75°F, 18-24°C), away from direct sunlight.

Shelf life (bulk): 12 months @70°F (21°C).

Shelf life (aerosol): 18 months @70°F (21°C).

Packaging: 20 oz/bottle (12 bottles per case), 5 gallons  , 18.9L
